The Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM) program is a graduate degree program that provides an alternative to traditional business school educations, such as an MBA, by focusing on innovation and technology, human resource management, international business, and non-profit management.
Coursework places an emphasis on applying concepts to real life situations through experiential exercises, projects, and discussions of issues in students' own work environments, and community business. The Practicum Project allows the student to select an area of interest and pursue theoretical and practical implications.
There are also opportunities for Education Abroad programs. Antioch University's management curriculum aims to create a cohesive experience for students. It places equal emphases on personal vision, sensitivity to social contexts, and technical skills for practical problem solving.
