The low residency weekend track are classes that are taught on campus only three "residency" weekends per quarter.
In the intervening weeks, students connect via the internet with their instructor and other students. They complete assignments, ask questions and participate in discussions on-line and at times that are convenient for them.
In addition, some weekends there are eight-hour seminars which will allow students to pursue related activities, such as learning to conduct online research, academic writing, etc. The weekend schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays, and, or Sundays, with an hour break for lunch.
