The Master of Arts in Organizational Management is for students who already have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. The Program is designed for full-time enrollment with 12 units per quarter. Students complete the program in fifteen months, or five quarters. A part-time option is also available in this program.

Within the Master of Arts in Organizational Management program there are two unique ways you can work the program into your busy lifestyle. Evening classes may work for some students, while others need to focus their studies around a weekend. More details on each of these options can be found along the left side of your screen.

Students can take classes in either or both delivery models. Classes in both the traditional and low-residency on-line programs are conducted by the same faculty.
