Master of Arts in Organizational Management

esther.jpgThe Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM) program at Antioch University Santa Barbara has the vision of changing the world one reflective leader at a time. Our mission is to educate emerging leaders who want to make a difference in the world through a values based applied curriculum.

The MAOM core purposes are integrated in the curriculum. These core purposes are:

  • Global and Diversity Sensitivity, Awareness and Skill
  • Organization and Planning
  • Ethics and Social Responsibility
  • Technology, and Research Skills
  • Communication

The Master of Arts in Organizational Management is a 60 quarter-unit graduate program designed for the working adult. Courses are offered in the evenings, on line and during weekends.

Antioch is open to innovative programs and entrepreneurial ideas that will more effectively serve the educational needs of its students. We are committed to developing programs that offer an integrated curriculum centered around a global perspective and with a strong emphasis on social justice and community service.
