The program aims to foster an experiential learning environment in which the life experience and diversity of each student are valued. We consider our students our colleagues in teaching and learning. By sharing individual viewpoints and life experiences, Antioch students teach one another about the diversity of human experience.

An Antioch education stimulates participants to become more self-aware, reflective, sensitive to the uniqueness of others, and informed about the needs of the surrounding community. Many of our students describe their experience as personally transformative.
