Antioch University Santa Barbara has limited housing available on a first-come, first-served basis. The University has for rent several nice houses (three- and four-bedroom) and several apartments (two- and three-bedroom). All houses and apartments are within walking distance of the campus.

Students are advised to contact the International Office at Antioch far in advance of their arrival on campus, if they hope to obtain Antioch housing.

All houses and apartments are fully furnished with student desks, single beds, microwave, television, chairs, tables and couches.

Rent includes all utilities, cable TV and internet, telephone (not long distance), water, and trash pick up. Kitchens have microwaves, ovens, and all utensils/pots/pans.

Students must bring their own linens (sheets, towels, pillows.)

Students must pay for all long distance charges.

Prices vary based on accommodations. Some houses and apartments are more expensive than others, based on proximity to campus and general condition of the housing.

Generally, rates for a single room run approximately $800 to $1,050. Rates for a double (shared) room run approximately $600 to $750.
