Dear Future AUSB Student,
The Financial Aid Office at Antioch University, Santa Barbara is here to assist you in reaching your educational goals. We know as investments go, few are more important than your education. After all, you are truly making an investment in yourself. We provide a personal approach to the entire application process, including debt management counseling, as well as detailed instructions and help at every stage of the financial aid application process. By evaluating your eligibility for a wide variety of available student financial aid programs, including student loans, we make every effort to ensure that any student who is accepted can attend.
Last year approximately seventy-five percent of our students received some form of financial aid. Applying for financial aid is easier than you think. Instructions for applying are included in this packet and application forms are available through our office or on our website.
Direct Lending
Effective July 1, 2010, Antioch University will participate in the William D. Ford Direct Loan Program. All Federal Stafford, Graduate Plus, and Parent Plus Loans will be processed through the Department of Education, replacing the current Federal Family Education Loan. Participation in the Direct Loan Program will ensure loan availability for our students as well as provide additional borrower benefits.
Please contact us with any questions you may have.
Sincerely,
Steve Weir
