The course objective is to hone the student’s ability to effectively lead in the environments of the senior executive that is internal to the organization and external to investors, customers, regulators, and legislators using both individual and group decision making skills. Students will analyze strategic decision making in a variety of environments and will build a strategic plan for an organization of their choice.
