Social business and non-profit champions require the vision, commitment, courage, curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, drive and self-awareness to lead successful change efforts. Effective leaders understand the change process and are skilled at assessing appropriate and effective strategies. This course will provide students an opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial thinking ability and, through self-reflection, explore who they want to be as a leader, social business and non-profit champion, entrepreneur, and agent of change.
