Vicki Edwards, PsyD, is a Clinical Psychologist who currently works for the State of California with the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. In addition she has a private practice working primarily with military families in areas of trauma and other anxiety disorders, psychological testing, and grief recovery. Previously she worked for various organizations within the greater Los Angeles Area, including: The Jeopardy “Balancing the Odds” Foundation, supporting the Los Angeles Police Department Jeopardy Programs; Tarzana Treatment Center; The Glen Roberts Child Study Center; and Casa Pacifica. She worked as a research assistant at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior assisting with medication trials with stimulant drug abusers. Dr. Edwards completed her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute. She earned a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Criminology and Corrections from California State University, Northridge.
