Sabina White has recently retired from UCSB where she was Director of Health and Wellness. In this capacity she developed and taught many courses in both Sociology and Education related to health, peer health education and wellness. In addition, she taught in the UCSB Teacher Education Program for many years, covering the health standards for teacher candidates. She currently teaches Resilience Education at Antioch as well as mental health classes for the National Association of Mental Illnesses (NAMI).
