Richard Posalski, MSW, is a psychotherapist in Chatsworth, CA with both an LCSW and an LMFT.  He is a graduate of UCLA with a Masters Degree from USC.  Prior to coming to Antioch University as an adjunct professor, Richard served on the field faculty of USC and Hebrew Union College.  Richard has been a clinical supervisor with the Jewish Big Brothers/Camp Max Strauss, The Los Angeles Free Clinic, Emanuel Academy, The Child and Family Center and is a currently a clinical supervisor at Valley Trauma Center.  Richard has been in private practice since 1979.  He specializes in children, adolescents, and families.  Richard also works extensively with couples and has created a unique modality for couple therapy that has proven remarkably effective. Richard is the founder of The Ten Minute Method, an issue-specific form of brief consultation.
