Radhule Weininger

Radhule Weininger, PhD,MD received her doctorate in medicine from Friedrich Wilhelm’s University /Germany 1985 and she received her PhD from California Institute of Integral Studies in 1990. Dr. Weininger has been a licensed clinical psychologist since 1992. She has 30 years of formal mindfulness meditation practice and training with Bante Kashepa/Sri Lanka, Jack Kornfield, Ph.D., Alan Wallace, Ph.D. and she uses this in conjunction with psychodynamic and depth oriented psychotherapy.

Dr. Weininger has spoken internationally on related topics and she was given a Legacy Award by the Santa Barbara Psychological Association for her contributions to the community in regard to her running twice weekly guided mindfulness meditation groups as a free service to the community as well as her other volunteer efforts. Other trainings have included a Gestalt Therapy, three year program 1988, a Dream-tending certificate in 2002, and an Embodied Imagination, three year program 2010. Her current area of interest in research is on the use of her Emotional Awareness Process Guide as an adjunct for psychotherapy in the context of mindfulness training.
