Jacqueline Oliveira, MA
Jacqueline Oliveira, MA, is an interculturalist specializing in global and cross-cultural communication. She brings 20 years of extensive experience as a leader in the field of training and development in global management and cross-cultural communication. She has trained global teams in and from Asia, Europe, Canada, and across the U.S. in building trust, improving virtual communication, maintaining a strategic advantage, and creating and applying best practices in global business projects. Jacqui uses tested and scalable diagnostic assessments to assist clients, such as Abbott, Intel Corporation, and Toyota, in negotiating contracts and developing and implementing global strategies to create trust and higher performance. Jacqui teaches at the Middlebury Institute for International Studies, the University of California Santa Barbara Extension, and Antioch University Santa Barbara. Jacqueline received her B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara and her M.A. Intercultural Management from the School of International Training in Vermont.
