Cynthia is an executive coach and talent advisor committed to helping corporations, non-profits and social enterprises develop values-based leaders, teams and strategies. As a former Chief Operating Officer at JPMorgan, she has developed, during her successful twenty-five year career, the transformation of dynamic financial service businesses in start-up, turnaround, growth and M&A situations.  Cindy is a champion for the development of high potential women leaders. The majority of her executive coaching clients are women. She designed and delivers ‘Own Your Development’ – a learning series for high potential professional women. She is completing a study that looks at how Gen Y women define leadership and how organizations can maximize the impact of these future leaders. Cindy holds a Masters in Economic Development from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a BA from Mount Holyoke College. She is an ICF-accredited coach with certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
