Are you a teacher who has been thinking of getting your Master's Degree? Then Antioch University Santa Barbara has a program for you!

Our new Master of Arts in Education, Social Justice and Leadership (MAEx) was designed with working teachers in mind. Our schedule is arranged with both full and half time course loads. The curriculum also reflects the needs of teachers. There are core courses which prepare teachers to examine their own work in the context of educational reform while specializing in their individual interest areas.

Features of the MAEx program:

• Tailored to meet individual student interests
• Small cohort of students working within a supportive, collaborative environment
