Antioch University Santa Barbara’s PsyD program is currently preparing our application for American Psychological Association accreditation. As a new program, we have recently become eligible to do so and are working hard to attain this accreditation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The APA Commission on Accreditation requires doctoral programs in professional psychology to provide information about completion rates, program costs, internship acceptance, student attrition, and licensure outcomes. The following information is provided for potential students, current students, and the public, in accordance with the Guidelines and Principles for Accreditation of Programs in Professional Psychology.

  • Program costs 2011-12: Full time student tuition is $21,915 per academic year (three quarters.) Tuition per credit hour is $732 per quarter unit for units taken over 15 (although we do not enroll part-time students). Additional student fees are $1,101 per academic year (three quarters.) Federal Loans are available; some limited scholarship money is also available, as well as limited graduate assistantships.

  • Licensure: As of June 2010, the program has graduated two cohorts and there are no licensure data to report yet. However, one student has successfully passed EPPP.
