Why the Bridge Program?
A quality education. The greatest guarantee we offer is quality. AUSB is fully accredited by WASC, highly-respected, with over 30 years experience in providing legendary academic programs and innovative learning opportunities. We pride ourselves on small class-sizes—with no more than 25 students in a class, personalized attention from our faculty, and reflective evaluation of students’ coursework.
It is cost-effective and time-efficient. Students save a substantial amount of money by completing as many as 80 units at a community college and then paying AUSB fees for the last 40 (60 quarter) semester units.
Go to school in Santa Barbara. The AUSB campus is located in the heart of Downtown Santa Barbara. In addition to attending classes on-campus some hybrid-online courses are offered. Many of our students commute to or live near campus in Santa Barbara
Support through the transfer process. AUSB’s Office of Admissions works to address students’ interests, needs, and concerns through the application process. We encourage you to meet with an AUSB Admission Advisor to learn more about how the Bridge Program could best serve you, and devise a meaningful academic plan for transfer.
Flexible transfer requirements. Math or Science courses are not required for transfer to AUSB. AUSB enables students to gain competency in mathematics as it is applied in everyday work and social/behavioral sciences, through its own statistics course.
