For many, writing isn’t just a hobby – it’s a passion. Antioch’s concentration in Creative Writing is designed for those students that can’t imagine doing anything else but writing.
The curriculum is designed to give students the opportunity to learn core writing skills and to explore personal expression and creativity. Small, intimate classes provide a safe and engaging environment for writers to find their voice – all taught by faculty comprised of real world authors.
Emphasis is placed on the writing project, where a student can mentor with a writer, and in a genre of their choice. Antioch also sponsors an annual Writer’s Workshop where students have the opportunity to work with some of the most well-regarded authors of our time.
