Education Specialist Credential (Mild to Moderate Level 1)

The Master of Arts (MA) degree in Education, Teacher Credentialing and Education Specialist Program is designed for a select group of individuals with strong subject matter competence at the undergraduate level, demonstrated literacy skills, and an interest in social change. We are seeking candidates who wish to work with and on the behalf of children's learning and development in a multicultural environment, and to those who pursue opportunities to interact with people from other racial, economic, and cultural groups. Preference is given to applicants with experience working with children.

The Admissions Process Includes:

• Completion of the online application and written admissions dialogue
• Submission of official transcripts of prior academic work (BA applicants also submit high school transcript);
• Submission of two letters of recommendation for graduate programs
• A personal interview with a faculty member and/or Program

The application for admission also must be accompanied by a $60 non-refundable application fee.
