Graduate Programs

M.A. in Clinical Psychology
M.A. in Education – Social Justice & Educational Leadership
M.A. in Organizational Management

Applicants to the M.A. in Clinical Psychology, M.A. in Education - Social Justice & Educational Leadership and the M.A. in Organizational Management programs must have earned an undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited institution, although not necessarily in a related field.

Standardized tests are not required for admission, with the exception of Master of Arts in Education students and the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) for international student applicants whose native language is not English. Grade averages and the quality and content of previous academic work are evaluated, recognizing that an adult's present capacities may not be reflected in grades earned long before or in fields unrelated to present interests.

Antioch University Santa Barbara particularly seeks qualified candidates who will contribute to building a student body diverse in gender, ethnicity, age, class, physical differences, learning styles, sexual orientation, professional backgrounds, and community experiences.

The Admissions Process Includes:

  • Completion of the online application and written admissions dialogue
  • Submission of official transcripts of prior academic work
  • Submission of two letters of recommendation for graduate programs
  • A personal interview with a faculty member and/or Program Chair

The application for admission also must be accompanied by a $60 non-refundable application fee.
