It is highly recommended that you apply AND submit all of your applications materials as early as possible. In most cases the earlier your application is complete (as defined below) the sooner you will receive an admission decision.

Master of Arts in Education
Fall 2012 – Priority Application Deadline: June 8, 2012. Classes begin September 4, 2012.
Admission Criteria:

- $60 application fee
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally-accredited college or university
- Admission essay (Essay prompts and instructions will be available on your VIP Page once your online application is submitted)
- Two letters of recommendation (see guidelines on VIP page) – Recommendation Form

The program does not require that applicants submit G.R.E. scores.

Applicants to the B.A. in Liberal Arts must have completed a minimum of 30 semester units (45 quarter units) to enter the program from a regionally accredited institution. There is no math or science courses required for admission. Standardized tests are not required for admission, with the exception of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) for international student applicants whose native language is not English.
